1. Commitment to Data Privacy & Deletion

BizUpward ("we", "our", or "us") values your privacy. According to Meta Platform policies and GDPR regulations, users have the right to request the deletion of any data associated with their Facebook or WhatsApp accounts processed through our platform.

2. How to Remove BizUpward from Your Facebook Account

You can remove the BizUpward App permissions and stop sharing data from your Facebook account at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.
  2. Go to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  3. In the left sidebar, navigate to Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).
  4. Locate BizUpward Platform in the list.
  5. Click Remove and confirm.

3. Requesting Full Account & Data Purge

If you wish to permanently delete all stored data (such as WhatsApp Business Account tokens, appointment history, or client records) from our database servers, you can submit a manual deletion request:

Manual Deletion Steps:

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  • Include your registered email address and your business / salon name.
  • Our security team will verify your identity and permanently purge all associated records within 48 hours, providing a confirmation tracking code upon completion.
